Responsibilities:
Training Course Development: Assist the management team in developing training course curriculum and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of project participants.
Work Plan Preparation: Prepare monthly work plans and implement project activities in alignment with project guidelines and objectives.
Field Support: Provide necessary support to field staff by identifying technical, marketing, and organizational opportunities to achieve sustainable development goals.
Project Formulation: Assist the management team in formulating new projects and developing operational and management plans for ongoing projects.
Beneficiary Selection: Identify and select Vulnerable Marginal Farming Households (HHs) based on established criteria, and analyze their problems and issues affecting their lives and livelihoods.
Service Provider Selection: Identify and select service providers offering various services in crop production, fisheries, livestock, and vegetable cultivation within the community.
Capacity Building: Conduct Capacity Building Training sessions for farmers on Animal Husbandry, Vegetable Production, Improved Field Crop Production techniques, and Fish Culture to enhance their productivity and sustainability.
Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual narrative reports on project activities and outcomes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to project stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Actively participate in meetings, forums, training sessions, workshops, and seminars as a representative of the organization, establishing functional relationships with donors, institutions, CBOs, NGOs, and government departments.
Value Chain Approach: Introduce the Value Chain Approach for business promotion, fostering sustainable economic growth and development within project communities.

BSC in Civil Engineering
Responsibilities:
Project Monitoring: Oversee all project activities and progress, ensuring adherence to a Rights-Based Approach and strengthening municipality capacities.
Monitoring Tools Development: Develop monitoring checklists and participatory monitoring tools for programs, maintaining compliance with set rules and regulations.
Needs Assessment: Assess project activities to identify WASH-related needs and rights of disabled, marginalized, and socially excluded people, while promoting gender equality.
Reporting: Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly reports using MIS and analytical narrative reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program requirements.
Program Alignment: Monitor and recommend program planning, inputs, and targets to ensure alignment with overall program log frames and M&E indicators.
Evaluation: Evaluate qualitative and quantitative achievements against targets, providing insights into program effectiveness.
Research and Surveys: Conduct research, baseline surveys, and fact-finding missions, preparing assessment questionnaires to inform project interventions.
Dissemination: Organize seminars, workshops, training sessions, and dialogues to disseminate research findings and share best practices.
Lesson Learning: Identify lessons learned and document good practices, contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Case Study Preparation: Prepare case studies and carry out process documentation of the project to capture key learnings and achievements.
Capacity Development: Conduct capacity development training for staff, municipality, and other stakeholders to enhance their knowledge and skills in project implementation.
