Responsibilities:
Technical Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of technical proposals and Project Plans (PPs) to secure funding for livelihood projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and donor requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with NGOs, local governments, and communities to promote effective planning and coordination for the successful implementation of livelihood projects, fostering community participation and collaboration.
Partnership Building: Build program partnerships with diverse Institutions, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), NGOs, and Community-based Organizations (CBOs) to enhance project reach, impact, and sustainability.
Funding Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with funding partners to ensure the effective implementation of projects, including timely reporting, budget management, and compliance with donor guidelines.
Training Development: Develop appropriate training curriculum, case studies, and informational materials to enhance the capacity of staff, community members, and implementation partners, facilitating knowledge transfer and skill-building.
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for staff, community members, and implementation partners to build their capacity and facilitate the provision of services, ensuring effective project implementation.
Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and counseling to subordinate team members, supporting their professional development and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of their work.
Baseline Survey: Lead the conduct of baseline surveys to assess project needs, establish benchmarks, and inform project design and monitoring frameworks.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit timely monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual progress reports, documenting project achievements, challenges, and lessons learned for internal and external stakeholders.
Partnership Development: Build program partnerships with various Institutions, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), NGOs, and Community-based Organizations (CBOs) to expand project reach and impact.
Information Management: Develop and implement information and communication management systems to facilitate data collection, analysis, and dissemination, enhancing project efficiency and transparency.
Field Monitoring: Conduct regular field visits to monitor project activities, ensure compliance with quality standards, and address any issues or challenges that may arise.

Responsibilities:
Training Course Development: Assist the management team in developing training course curriculum and materials tailored to the needs of the project.
Training Facilitation: Organize and facilitate training sessions on topics such as Beef fattening, Cultivation of crops, and Market Promotion as required by the project, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill-building.
Work Plan Preparation: Prepare monthly work plans and implement project activities in accordance with project guidelines and objectives.
Field Support: Provide necessary support to field staff by identifying technical, marketing, and organizational opportunities to achieve sustainable development goals.
Project Formulation: Assist the management team in formulating new projects and developing operational and management plans for ongoing projects.
Beneficiary Selection: Identify and select Vulnerable Marginal Farming Households (HHs) according to established criteria, and analyze their problems and issues affecting their lives and livelihoods.
Service Provider Selection: Identify and select service providers offering various services in crop production, fisheries, livestock, and vegetable cultivation within the community.
Capacity Building: Conduct capacity building training for farmers on Animal Husbandry, Vegetable Production, Improved Field Crop Production techniques, and Fish Culture to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual narrative reports on project activities and outcomes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to project stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Actively participate in meetings, forums, training sessions, workshops, and seminars as a representative of the organization, and establish functional relationships with donors, institutions, CBOs, NGOs, and government departments.
Value Chain Approach: Introduce Value Chain Approach for business promotion, fostering sustainable economic growth and development within project communities.
