Responsibilities:
Technical Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of comprehensive technical proposals and project plans (PPs) to secure funding for ICT-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and donor requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with NGOs, local governments, and communities to promote effective planning and coordination for the successful implementation of livelihood projects, fostering community participation and ownership.
Partnership Building: Forge strategic partnerships with Institutions, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), NGOs, and Community-based Organizations (CBOs) to leverage resources, expertise, and networks for project implementation and sustainability.
Funding Partner Collaboration: Liaise and collaborate with funding partners to ensure effective project implementation, including timely reporting, budget management, and compliance with donor guidelines and regulations.
Training and Capacity Building: Develop and deliver tailored training curriculum, case studies, and informational materials to build the capacity of staff, community members, and implementation partners in ICT-related skills and knowledge.
Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance and counseling to team members, facilitating their professional development and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of project activities.
Baseline Survey: Lead the conduct of baseline surveys to assess project needs, establish benchmarks, and inform project design and monitoring frameworks.
Farmers Group Formation: Assist in the formation of farmers' groups and other community-based organizations to promote collective action and empower local communities.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit timely monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual progress reports, documenting project achievements, challenges, and lessons learned for internal and external stakeholders.
Information Management: Develop and implement information and communication management systems to facilitate data collection, analysis, and dissemination, enhancing project efficiency and transparency.
Field Monitoring: Conduct regular field visits to monitor project activities, ensure compliance with quality standards, and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
